SuccessFinder appoints seasoned higher education and consulting executive Steve Harvey as Chief Learning Officer.

As an executive in a rapidly growing organization, he will also help map and develop growth strategies and markets to support global expansion.”
Steve is a veteran of business education and is sought out in business, higher education and by other business schools worldwide to provide thought leadership and strategy in a fast-changing context for business and education. He serves on multiple international committees for education and accreditation, on the advisory boards of other business schools and organizations. He also continues to provide strategic consulting services and speak on matters cutting across the future of work and business schools within the domains of human resources management, organizational strategy, higher education, and talent management.
Steve earned his Ph.D. from the University of Guelph in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, so in addition to his many recent years of executive business experience, he has extensive experience in various I/O psychology domains, including psychometric assessments and talent management.
