Montreal – October 1, 2019 –  It is my great pleasure to announce the promotion of Carolyn Hass, PhD to the position of Vice-President of Product and R&D within SuccessFinder’s executive leadership team. 
 
In over five years of progressive leadership roles within the company, Carolyn has established a sterling reputation as a subject matter expert, master facilitator and trainer, and as an operations executive with proven experience leading tech product development and mobilizing high performing teams towards a cohesive vision. This is exemplified in her contribution to the successful transformation of the company into a cloud-based SaaS platform poised for growth; ongoing leadership of the design and production of innovative new SuccessFinder products and client solutions; leadership of the recent SOC II information security compliance accreditation; and role as a conference speaker on the subjects of career management, self-awareness for leadership development, and the future of work. 
 
In her new executive role as Vice President of Product and R&D, Carolyn will oversee the end-to-end product development process—leading SuccessFinder’s applied and foundational research initiatives (including AI and machine learning) and converting these learnings into cutting-edge products, features, client solutions and thought leadership—in order to accelerate business growth and defend SuccessFinder’s product leadership in the market. The initial focus of this mandate will be to launch the SuccessFinder client application as an integrated analytics platform within the next year.
